Cabinets for SHGR gas cylinders are made of high-quality cold-rolled structural steel. The metal cabinet consists of a collapsible housing and one swing door. The housing consists of a base reinforced with galvanized flooring, a roof, two side walls and one rear wall.
The housing is assembled using screws and self-tapping screws. In order to improve the performance of the metal cabinet, the base is made of 0.7 mm thick metal and heavily galvanized metal flooring with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Additional rigidity is given to the base by a welded stiffening rib.
The cabinet door has a box-shaped design and is also reinforced with a welded, longitudinal stiffener (one or two depending on the cabinet model). The stiffener is a hard-rolled profile, 90 mm wide, 15 mm high, the length of the stiffener depends on the cabinet model.
